I wish Northport were drop-in distance from Eastport. If wishes were bridges beggars could visit! Something like that.
The car ferry, the car ferry! I've been begging for it for years. Northport-Eastport or Northport-Charlevoix. Could you live with driving to Charlevoix and coming across the water, Gerry?
Silly! You don't think I'd miss driving across the Mighty Mac, do you? Or a stop at that little bakery restaurant in Alanson? No, I think Charlevoix would be a good eastern terminus. Northport-Eastport has a nicer ring, but Eastport doesn't have a harbor. Unless you've hidden one away that I don't know about.
What a wonderful collection of photos. Be proud that your shop around the corner successfully survives all the big box and discounts stores and books online.

Certainly - so long as you put the eastern terminus SOUTH of the bridge . . .
